We will gladly accept returns of online purchases within 30 days of the purchase date on most items, with the exception of food items that are perishable.
To make the process easier and faster, please follow these easy steps:
1. Send a copy of your purchase receipt. Receipts will help us process your return quickly and fairly. We will limit returns and exchanges without the original receipt and reserve the right to deny any return or exchange.
2. Please keep all packaging and accessories. To help us quickly process your return, please return all original packaging and any accessories back to the store, along with the product you are returning. We cannot accept incomplete returns.
3. Please return items within the appropriate time period. We will be happy to exchange items within 30 days of the purchase date or offer a store credit. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Returns may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
